About the Role

We’re looking for a qualified Baker/Chef with relevant trade qualifications and commercial experience to take ownership of daily baking, cooking and food production. You’ll be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality products while maintaining strong food safety, cleanliness and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce baked goods, food and prepared products to approved recipes and quality standards.

- Maintain consistent quality, presentation, portioning and production levels.

- Complete all required food safety, temperature, production and cleaning checklists.

- Maintain a clean, organised, safe and compliant kitchen/bakery.

- Monitor stock, wastage, quality and expiry dates, escalating issues promptly.

- Correctly operate, clean and maintain ovens, mixers, refrigeration and kitchen equipment.

- Follow all SOPs, policies and food safety procedures.

- Support the team, share knowledge and lead by example.

About You

- Certificate III in Baking, Commercial Cookery or relevant trade qualification/experience.





- Commercial bakery, kitchen or food production experience.

- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, allergens, temperature control, labelling and FIFO.

- High attention to detail and pride in quality and presentation.

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Reliable, punctual, accountable and able to work independently.

- Strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, compliance and workplace standards.
