About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Full-Time Infrastructure Cleaners to work across a range of specialised cleaning activities.

The role will involve high-pressure cleaning, pressure washing, paint stripping, polishing, surface preparation and general infrastructure cleaning.

Previous specialised cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure successful candidates have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties safely and effectively.

Location: Truganina VIC

Shift Hours: Night Shifts - 11:00pm – 5:30am

Days: Sunday to Thursday

Key responsibilities

- Perform high-pressure cleaning and pressure washing of infrastructure, public areas, buildings and external surfaces.

- Carry out paint stripping and surface preparation using approved equipment, chemicals and cleaning methods.

- Undertake machine and manual polishing of surfaces to the required standard.

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, wiping and removal of dirt, debris and waste.

- Clean external and high-traffic areas, including pathways, walls, concrete surfaces, amenities and other infrastructure assets.

- Identify and report hazards, incidents,



equipment faults and maintenance issues promptly.

- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure all assigned areas are completed to the required quality and presentation standards.

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to complete scheduled and reactive cleaning tasks.

- Previous experience in commercial, industrial or infrastructure cleaning is desirable but not essential.

- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.

- Current Working with Children Check where required for the site.

- Current Victorian Driver Licence and reliable transport are desirable for some locations.

- Availability for an immediate or negotiated start.
