Your new role
This is a specialist ServiceNow IRM opportunity focused on leading the design and implementation of Integrated Risk Management solutions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, risk owners and technical teams to implement governance, risk and compliance processes while driving best-practice platform adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading ServiceNow IRM solution design and implementation.
- Developing workflows, reporting, dashboards and automation.
- Supporting governance, risk and compliance initiatives.
- Engaging stakeholders to define future-state operating models.
- Producing solution designs and technical documentation.
- Driving adoption of out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Experience delivering ServiceNow IRM or GRC solutions.
- Experience working in large and complex environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
