We're looking for a skilled Field Service Fitter and Supervisor to take ownership of all Hunter Valley maintenance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in their work, and consistently delivers exceptional results.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter
- Strong field service or mobile plant maintenance experience
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead from the front and drive high standards
- Strong expertise across CAT, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
- Advanced fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while effectively managing priorities
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Strong safety focus with experience working in mining and/or construction environments
