About the role

COMMERCIAL FACILITIES INTEGRATED is seeking a Hygiene Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Western Sydney NSW 2000. This is a casual position that plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our commercial clients' facilities. As a Hygiene Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering professional hygiene and sanitisation services that ensure safe, healthy, and welcoming environments for our clients and their occupants. Your work will directly contribute to the reputation and success of COMMERCIAL FACILITIES INTEGRATED and the satisfaction of our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

- Perform daily hygiene and sanitisation tasks across commercial facilities, including hotels, clubs, restrooms, common areas, and specialised environments

- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols

- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring attention and report maintenance issues to management

- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistent quality standards

- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and any incidents or observations noted during shifts

- Practise excellent health and safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and personal protective equipment

- Respond professionally to client requests and concerns regarding cleaning services

- Support the team in maintaining a secure and hygienic working environment

What we're looking for





- Proven experience working in commercial cleaning or a related hygiene service role

- Strong understanding of cleaning protocols, sanitisation standards, and health and safety regulations applicable to commercial facilities

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively

- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual cleaning tasks, including lifting and working at heights if required

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues

- Current knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and best practices in cleaning services

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and finish by 2pm.
