Council Parks and Gardens worker:

A local council in Southeastern Sydney is looking for a parks and garden labourer to join their team.

This is a perfect chance to get your foot in the door with a local government organisation.

Your daily job responsibilities will include:

- Garden and landscape maintenance across council parks and reserves
- Planting, pruning, mulching, weeding and turf maintenance
- Operating horticultural equipment and machinery safely
- Irrigation maintenance and repairs
- General upkeep of streetscapes and public open spaces
- Assisting with seasonal planting programmes and landscape improvements
- Driving MR vehicles as required

What you'll need to succeed





- C class driving licence
- White card
- MR/HR Truck Licence
- Horticulture Certification
- Previous experience
- Chem cert AQF3 Qualification - Preferable but not essential
