Sydney based with hybrid work flexibility (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)

We are seeking a skilled HRIS Systems Specialist to support HRIS implementations, system decommissioning, integrations, and process improvements across HR and technology teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRIS skilled to translate business requirements into practical solutions, drive system improvements, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive HRIS implementation and system decommissioning activities, ensuring smooth and effective transition between systems.
• Support HR processes and translate business requirements into practical HRIS solutions.
• Manage HRIS integrations and work closely with technology teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, taking initiative and working proactively to deliver outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR,



technology and business stakeholders

Key Requirements
• 3–5 years’ experience as an HRIS Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, HR Systems Specialist, or similar
• Proven experience supporting HRIS implementations and/or system decommissioning
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how HR systems support business and people operations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS integrations and technology; change management experience would be highly advantageous
