We're looking for a detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our Development team in Subiaco. You'll play a key role in ensuring new features, enhancements, and fixes are thoroughly tested before they reach our customers.

About the Role

The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining the quality of Agrimaster by testing new features, enhancements, and fixes before release. This hands-on role combines manual and automated testing, defect investigation, test planning, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute manual and automated testing activities.

- Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.

- Identify, document, and communicate defects and quality risks.

- Validate software against business requirements and customer workflows.

- Assess release readiness and provide visibility of testing outcomes.

- Collaborate across teams to improve product quality and customer experience.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about software quality. Ideally, they will have:

- 3+ years' experience in software testing or quality assurance.





- Experience with both manual and automated testing.

- Strong Selenium and SQL skills.

- Experience testing APIs.

- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar testing and defect management tools.

- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and testing reports.

- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- High attention to detail.

Highly Regarded

- Experience with Java and/or C#.

- Experience working within Agile development environments.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience testing complex financial, accounting, banking, insurance, or business software platforms.

- Experience with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
