This is a full-time retail role at our Bundamba showroom, where customers come in knowing what they drive and wanting to spec the right setup. Your job is to know the range well enough to guide them there.
It is a Tuesday to Saturday role with an early finish Saturday.
About Us
TC Boxes was born with the easy objective of providing safe, reliable, and secure storage solutions to tradies of Australia. As we developed our business, we found it was not just trades who needed toolboxes, campers need canopies, hunters needed dog boxes and a few of us just needed somewhere to put things on our Ute.
The Role
You own your corner of the showroom. Day to day, you will be:
- Guide customers through the full TC range - trays, canopies, toolboxes, accessories and power systems
- Build quotes, confirm bookings and close sales accurately
- Represent TC Boxes at 4x4 shows, camping expos and outdoor events
- Build lasting relationships with trade and lifestyle customers
- Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Stay sharp on product knowledge as the range keeps growing
Who We're Looking For
You are the person who ends up talking everyone through ute setups for an hour. That interest is real - and it shows in how you work.
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Solid understanding of utes, trays, canopies and tub setups
- Confident connecting with tradies and outdoor enthusiasts
- Available Tuesday to Saturday
- Willing to attend events and expos as part of the role
And the non-negotiables - you give a genuine interest about what you sell. You do not wait to be asked. You hold your corner of the showroom to the standard.
