We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and hands-on Precinct General Manager to lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of this exciting new destination. About the Role

As the Precinct General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational and commercial success of the precinct, comprising a 120-seat Restaurant and 150 capacity Bar.

Operating under a 4am licence, you will oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front and back-of-house teams, maintaining exceptional service standards, and driving robust commercial performance.

Working closely with the Group General Manager and Group Executive Chef, you will establish operational excellence, build engaged and motivated teams and deliver a destination experience that keeps guests returning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations across the restaurant and bar precinct

- Inspire and develop venue management and front-of-house teams

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards

- Drive operational performance, profitability, and cost control

- Oversee recruitment, training, rostering, and labour management

- Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety,



and licensing requirements

- Monitor financial performance and achieve business targets

- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture

- Lead events, activations, and community engagement initiatives

- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior hospitality management

- Proven success managing multi-outlet, high-volume hospitality venues

- Experience leading both restaurant and fast-paced bar operations

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and operational performance

- Outstanding leadership and people management capabilities

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive under pressure

- Strong knowledge of hospitality compliance, licensing, WHS, and food safety requirements

- Flexibility to work across a seven-day operation, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

- Current RSA certification
