Your Day-To-Day Impact:
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you won’t just manage files—you will drive real-world solutions. Your toolkit will include:
- Strategic Case Management: Guide injured workers smoothly from recovery back to employment.
- Expert Assessments: Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments to map out safe, realistic recovery pathways.
- Collaboration: Liaise with medical professionals, employers, and insurers to keep everyone aligned.
- Proactive Prevention: Deliver ongoing education and injury prevention strategies to workplaces.
About You:
- The High Achiever: You thrive in fast-paced settings and love beating targets.
- The Qualified Skilled:
You hold a degree in Exercise Physiology and have at least 12 months industry experience.
- The Connector: You possess exceptional communication skills and can navigate complex stakeholders with empathy and confidence.
- Membership of ESSA combined with the relevant Workplace Modules
- Around 12 months industry experience with an occupational rehabilitation provider
