The Vines

If you’re ready for a role that moves your career forward (not just your calendar), this is your next step.

Walk into a well-established, mixed-age NDIS caseload with the backing of a genuinely supportive team and grow into leadership, influence service development, and mentor junior clinicians, all with true autonomy and no KPI pressure.

Step straight into a senior physiotherapy opportunity designed for practitioners who want more than “business as usual”. This is a role where you can build influence, strengthen your leadership capability, and shape the next chapter of service delivery as the Director transitions away from a clinical caseload.

You’ll take over a full, well-established caseload with a structured handover, giving you confidence from day one while also creating the space to specialise, mentor, and progress.

Our client is a proudly WA-owned allied health provider supporting NDIS participants and older adults across North-East Perth. They are purpose-driven, community-connected, and known for prioritising therapist autonomy, clinical support, and long-term development over corporate targets.

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + super

Caseload & Model: Mixed-age NDIS caseload you can tailor to your interests

Flexibility: Choose your hours (including school-hours options) with a full caseload ready to go

- Career progression built in: a senior role with scope to grow into broader leadership and service development
- Step into an established caseload transitioned from the Director, with a structured shadowing and handover period
- Flexibility that supports sustainability: set your hours around school pick-ups, life commitments, and longevity in the role
- A caseload that grows your expertise,

with the ability to focus on areas like:

- Women’s health
- Complex NDIS presentations
- Forensic / justice-involved participants
- Paediatrics and ageing populations

- Build leadership through mentoring: support junior clinicians and help elevate best-practice standards across the team
- Community + clinic delivery across functional settings (home, school, gym, community and lifestyle villages)
- No KPIs: progress through outcomes, quality work, and professional development — not numbers
- Strong CPD and supervision from experienced clinicians and external experts

About the Role

In this Senior Physiotherapist position, you’ll take over a well-established caseload directly from the Director with structured shadowing to ensure a smooth transition, while also stepping into a role with a transparent scope to progress and influence the team’s clinical direction.

Your day-to-day may include:

- Managing a mixed-age NDIS caseload (children through to older adults), plus Aged Care and related schemes where appropriate
- Developing advanced clinical expertise across neurological, physical, and complex disability presentations
- Working with higher-complexity cases, including co-morbid mental health, forensic/justice involvement, and layered psychosocial factors
- Delivering meaningful therapy across real-world environments (home, school,

workplaces, gyms, parks, lifestyle villages)
- Leading by example with evidence-based documentation, reporting, and functional capacity input
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (OT, EP, Speech, Psychology, Counselling, Dietetics and more)
- Contributing to service development, quality improvement, and clinical systems as the Director steps back from direct caseload work

Support Available

- Structured handover + shadowing with the Director as you assume responsibility for her caseload
- Regular supervision, mentoring, and CPD tailored to your career goals (clinical excellence, leadership, specialisation)
- Strong admin and systems support so you can stay focused on therapy, not paperwork
- Support to refine your caseload mix to align with your progression pathway
- Established NDIS and Aged Care infrastructure (systems, templates, processes already in place)

Team Culture

- A purpose-centred organisation that values growth, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes
- Clinicians are trusted as experts, encouraged to develop their own style and strengths within a supportive structure
- Warm, down-to-earth leadership with a high-performing yet fun, people-first culture
- A collaborative allied health team that values humour, mentorship, and long-term client relationships
- Strong community connection and a genuine focus on giving back
