What’s on Offer

- Salary between $85,000 – $120,000 + super
- Flexible delivery: hybrid, clinic–community mix, or fully mobile — your choice
- Manage your own diary and caseload with full autonomy
- Travel reimbursed at the national standard, with caseloads zoned for balance
- Structured 2-week induction covering NDIS, shadowing, and team integration

About the Employer / Practice

- Multidisciplinary allied health team: OT, Physio, Psych, Speech, and EPs
- Majority paediatric caseload (approx. 70%), with some adults (30%)
- All clients are NDIS participants — strong focus on functional outcomes
- Caseloads tailored to interest areas, with referrals distributed fairly




- Regular supervision and mentoring from senior OTs and cross-disciplinary peers

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
