What you need to know:

- Bring a genuine interest in dysphagia and swallowing, oral-motor development, and helping clients expand food choices and mealtime variety
- Conduct agile mealtime observations/assessments and translate findings into clear, practical mealtime management plans
- Partner closely with clients, families, therapists, external medical teams and key supports to embed strategies that work in real life
- Provide mealtime and dysphagia education/training for families, clinicians, and support workers to build confidence and consistency
- Participate in regular team meetings, with access to ongoing supervision, clinical support and professional learning
- Work within a specialist multidisciplinary team, enjoy variety in your caseload, and spend more time doing the work you love




- Work within various areas: specialist clinics, homes, schools, community environments, education, recreation settings and adult and children's everyday life settings.
