NUCREW is looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Rivervale team. We’re a growing, founder-led mining recruitment business where you’ll work alongside experienced Recruiters and Directors, gaining hands-on exposure from day one. No recruitment experience needed – we’ll teach you. Ideal for graduates or those from mobilisation, admin, sales or customer service.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll start by learning the candidate and recruitment side of the business, including:
- Finding candidates for mining and resources roles
- Advertising jobs and searching our recruitment systems
- Speaking with candidates over the phone and face-to-face
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Completing reference checks
- Building relationships with our workforce
- Learning about mining sites, rosters, roles and clients
- Working alongside our Mobilisation team to get people ready for site
- Helping manage live vacancies for our clients
- Keeping candidate information and recruitment systems up to date
As you develop, you'll gain exposure to the full Recruitment Consultant role, including managing vacancies, dealing directly with clients, account management and business development.
Who We're Looking For:
We're more interested in your attitude and potential than years of experience.
This could suit a graduate or someone coming from mobilisation, administration, sales,
customer service or another people-focused role.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who enjoys working with others
- Looking to build a genuine career
Recruitment or mining experience is a bonus, but not essential.
