Flannerys Samford Village are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant: Supervisor to join our vibrant team on a permanent part time basis - commencing in September, 2026.

Samford, our brand new store (coming soon) in the heart Samford Village! We're looking for a trailblazer to support the launch of the store and help to create incredible customer and employee experiences alike.

This supervisory position is an essential role within the store dynamic, and includes a place in the company's Green Leaders (future leaders) program full of growth and self-development content - this also includes attending conferences and tailored mentorship.

If you're an all-rounder who loves serving customers and has a passion towards delivering amazing service, this could be just the role for you!

The hours? Good question! We have a number of permanent part time roles available; ranging from 2/5 days per week, and covering a variety of shifts.

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Experience in a supervisory role within the retail sector

- Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems

- Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments

- Positive and teachable attitude

- Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)

- Flexibility in working arrangements

- Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
