ALH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing business.
Starting at $45/hr + super on a casual basis, with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person.
You'll play a key role across inventory, purchasing, supplier management and production planning, working closely with production and internal teams.

About the Role
- Managing stock levels and inventory records
- Creating and maintaining purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers and obtaining quotes
- Monitoring forecasts and purchasing requirements
- Coordinating stocktakes and inventory reconciliations
- Supporting weekly production planning
- Working closely with production, suppliers and transport providers
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in inventory, purchasing or a similar role (administrator experience)
- Manufacturing or construction experience highly regarded
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confident working across multiple departments
