Seeking a Mandarin Speaking Educator - Cert 3 or Diploma qualified in our Springvale Centre

Your responsibilities:

- Plan and delivery Chinese language program

- Manage children's daily routine and provide supervision of all children

- Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the community.

- Support your room educators to deliver a nurturing and stimulating environment for children’s growth and development.

- Show sound understanding of child safety and promote positive learning outcomes for every child.

- Show initiatives on proactive parent-teacher communication and partnership working with families

- Sound knowledge of EYLF2.0

- Abilities to work with children with diverse backgrounds and learning abilities

You will need to have:

- Minimum of Cert 3 in Children's service or equivalent

- A demonstrated passion for children, their development,



and a strong commitment to child safety

- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

- First Aid Training

- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training

- Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting

- Food safety training

- Unrestricted Australian working rights – Visa/Passport
