Logistics Coordinator | International Freight | Hybrid

Your New Role

Join an established global organisation in Gladesville as a Logistics Coordinator, managing domestic and international freight across Australia and Oceania. You'll coordinate shipments end-to-end, liaise with freight partners and overseas offices, provide customer updates and resolve delivery issues.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate domestic and international freight movements from booking through to delivery
- Manage shipping documentation, tracking and internal records
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, overseas offices and customers
- Provide professional customer service via phone and emailProactively troubleshoot delays, delivery issues and changing freight requirements
- Support the After-Sales team with quotations, order administration and enquiries
- Monitor warehouse inventory and assist with stock coordination

About You

- Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Freight Coordinator, Shipping Coordinator, Import Coordinator, Export Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator or similar
