About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Keepsakes Production and Packaging Assistant to join our Sydney team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help create and curate personalised memorial keepsakes, and prepare pets for their final farewell with care and respect.

This position will suit someone who loves creating beautiful, meaningful things and understands the deep bond we share with our pets. You’ll take pride in making these connections tangible—crafting heartfelt tributes that bring comfort to families during a difficult time.

Attention to detail is key. You’ll have an eye for precision, enjoy working neatly and efficiently, and take satisfaction in maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

Key Responsibilities

- Create personalised memorial keepsakes, including digital artworks and physical products such as paw and nose prints, fine art prints, jewellery, engravings, and other custom items.

- Communicate with customers when needed to ensure their wishes are accurately understood and fulfilled.

- Maintain organised and accurate digital files for all artwork and imagery.

- Prepare pet ashes into urns with care, accuracy, and respect.

- Package urns and keepsakes beautifully and thoughtfully to return to families.

- Operate and maintain equipment (printers, engravers, presses), ensuring they are in good working order.

- Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times.





- Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and consumables, requesting replenishments as needed.

- Assist with general warehouse duties, including unpacking stock and accepting deliveries.

Requirements

- Experience in a creative or design-related field (graphic design, crafts, or artisanal product creation).

- A Graphic Design Certificate or Degree is desirable but not essential.

- A portfolio showcasing creative or design work you’ve produced.

- Comfortable handling deceased pets with professionalism, compassion, and respect.

- Able to work at a standing desk doing repetitive tasks with consistent quality and attention to detail.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to fine detail.

- Naturally organised, clean and efficient in your work.

- Confident using computers, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Able to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks calmly and effectively.
