What You'll Be Doing

This is a energetic, multi-faceted role where no two days are the same. You'll be:

Providing Outstanding Customer Service

- Building relationships with regular customers and assisting with orders and any other escalated support that comes through from our customer concierge team

- Resolving customer concerns with care and professionalism

- Supporting wholesale and retail customers with their product and ordering needs including upsale of our ancillary items

About You

- A passion for delivering great service and creating memorable experiences

- Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships

- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving





- Ability to multi task and has a high level of prioritisation skills

- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems (bonus points for Netsuite experience)

- A collaborative mindset - you work well with others and genuinely care about team success
