Riverside Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established Brisbane accounting firm based in the inner suburbs. Led by 5 Partners with a team of 22 in Brisbane plus dedicated offshore support, this firm offers business services, CFO advisory and bookkeeping to a client base with turnovers ranging from $3M to $50M.

About the Role
This is a fully remote Manager position, offering genuine flexibility without compromising on client quality or career progression. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of business clients, delivering both compliance and advisory work, with equity on offer for the right person down the track.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of business clients across compliance and advisory

- Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients

- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and related work

- Leading and mentoring junior team members, including offshore staff

About You

- CA or CPA qualified





- Solid public practice background at Supervisor or Manager level (only those with 5+ years experience working in an Australian accounting firm will be considered)

- Confident working with Xero Practice Manager

- Comfortable managing a fully remote portfolio and offshore team members

- Based in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba or Melbourne preferred — other locations welcome to apply and will be considered
