What you'll be doing
As a Strata Maintenance Plumber, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine and preventative maintenance on strata plumbing systems across multiple properties
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues efficiently and professionally
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, plans and specifications
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Responding to emergency plumbing calls and providing timely solutions
What we're looking for
- Current Plumber's Licence or equivalent qualification recognised in NSW
- Experience in strata maintenance
- Proven experience managing plumbing systems in multi-unit residential and commercial properties
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between multiple properties
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
For the 3rd Year Apprentice position, we require:
- Current apprenticeship registration with appropriate training provider
- Completion of at least two years of accredited plumbing apprenticeship training
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to learning
- Valid driver's licence
