About the Role:

Reporting into the Team Manager and playing a critical role to our success, your responsibilities will include:

- Day-to-day technical delivery across multiple projects ranging from longer term greenfield projects to upgrading and/or refurbishment of Brownfield facilities.
- Hands on involvement with scoping, concept design, equipment selection, detailed design, through to testing and commissioning stages.
- Applying sound technical knowledge of mechanical engineering activities across a range of clients and industry portfolios.
- Working collaboratively within dynamic multi-disciplinary project teams, involvement in progress meetings and client interactions.
- Assisting in business development activities as required, involvement in proposal writing and tendor submissions with clients.
- Ongoing training and development including a mixture of practical & theoretical in-house and external training programs.

About You:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field, this can be Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- You will have a hands on and cooperative nature,



with proven experience across either small to large scale mechanical design related projects.
- You will have proven experience in a high risk industries; water/utilities, oil & gas, pharmaceutical or FMCG environments.
- You will ideally have proven project experience in mechanical systems design, P&IDs;, piping, tanks, pumps and utilities such as heating and cooling systems.
- You must be an effective and influential communicator, with proven skills dealing directly with clients in a professional capacity.
- We are looking for this person to grow with the business, ideally you will be self-driven with the willingness to learn and develop.
- Engineering Consultancy experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
