We're on the lookout for a Strata Manager to join our team in Charlestown.
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential strata properties, helping owners navigate their responsibilities and achieve their goals. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who values positive client relationships and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team.
What You'll Need:
A current Certificate of Registration with a minimum 12 months experience in Strata, Property or Facility Management
Actively working towards a Strata License (as per legislative requirements)
A solid understanding of strata legislation and the ability to communicate it clearly
A client-first mindset – we value managers who listen, guide, and build trust
