- Lead requirements gathering and analysis across the Salesforce / Agentforce implementation.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
- Create current and future-state process maps and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into transparent outcomes for technical and Salesforce delivery teams.
- Work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
- Manage relationships across internal stakeholders, vendors and external delivery partners.
- Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
- Identify requirements gaps, dependencies, risks and business impacts.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong Business Analyst experience within Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Salesforce AI capabilities highly regarded.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process mapping and tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro or similar.
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, driven approach with the ability to take ownership.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a delivery team.
