What We Are Looking For
Johnsons WA is now seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join the team at the Highbury production facility on a full-time basis in the following positions:
*Operator
*Production Team Member (working holiday visa holders also encouraged to apply)
These opportunities are ideal for those who perform well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high work and safety standards.
The roles are responsible for supporting our production operations, operating equipment safely, conducting routine checks and ensuring all work meets our quality and compliance requirements.
The successful candidates will demonstrate solid problem-solving skills, a positive and proactive team attitude, physical capability for hands-on work, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
A current forklift licence is preferred (or willingness to obtain one), and the ability to drive a 4T Loader will be highly regarded.
Experience in manufacturing, production, hay plant operations, or forklift or loader operations is advantageous.
