Our centre brings together Melbourne’s leading health service providers under one roof; a General Practice, Specialist Suites, Allied Health and Mental Health services, so that families can access everything they need in one convenient location.

About You
We’re looking for someone who loves helping people and thrives in a team environment. The right person will be warm, approachable, and able to bring calm and positivity even when things get busy. You’ll also bring:
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Solid computer literacy (experience with Best Practice is a bonus, but training is available)
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A friendly, can-do attitude and team spirit
- Attention to detail and a professional, patient, and courteous manner
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Answering phones and supporting enquiries with care and professionalism
- Booking and managing patient appointments
- Processing accounts and managing invoicing/receipting, including third-party suppliers
- Supporting our doctors and health professionals with day-to-day administration
- Maintaining confidentiality and treating patient information with respect
- Helping the team stay organised and ensuring the practice runs smoothly
- Pitching in where needed and working flexibly, including some evenings or Saturdays
Hours
We’re open Monday to Friday and looking for someone who can be flexible across the week but especially Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays!
