We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Residential Aged Care team and contribute to delivering exceptional care and meaningful experiences for our residents at John Hood Terrace (77 beds).

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will support the delivery and oversight of clinical care within residential facilities to ensure that services meet quality, compliance, and safety standards. You will report to the Manager, Clinical Service Operations, and be responsible for ensuring clinical frameworks and care models are implemented effectively across nursing services within residential facilities. You will provide clinical oversight, support best-practice care delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement in the quality and consistency of resident care.

What you bring:

- Current and ongoing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical management role within aged care.
- ACIPC: Foundations of Infection Prevention and Control course completion
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, a robust working knowledge of continuous improvement, and familiarity with personal care and client requirements in the Aged Care Standards.
- Proven ability to guide, motivate and mentor staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge and experience of AN-ACC funding requirements.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
