Responsibilities
- Letting and vetting subcontractor packages
- Managing project financials and ensure it's adhering to programme
- Assessing and submitting program claims
- Submitting variations, RFI's, EOT's and NOD's
- Ensure all documentation remains relevant and up to date
Experience required
- 5-10+ years of Contract Administrator experience for commercial headcontractor
- Previous experience delivering Health, Pharmaceutical, Education and complex projects in excess of $20M essential
- Strong D&C; understanding and knowledge
- Proficient with Jobpac, Aconex and ProcurePro softwares
- Determined and team first mindset
