WORKSHOP & MINE SITE BASED
UPPER HUNTER CANDIDATES PREFERRED DUE TO TRAVEL FATIGUE MANAGEMENT
We are currently seeking a Trades Assistant who possesses a practical hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail for our Muswellbrook workshop.
About the role
- Assisting multiple trades at onsite locations and within our workshop
- Mechanical maintenance tasks under guidance
- Deliveries and Pick-ups
- Adapting to changing work requirements
About you
- Are you currently a Trades Assistant and looking for a new challenge?
- Physically fit and able to pass a Coal Board medical
- Ability to assist with servicing vehicles, maintenance and welding
- Availability to work overtime shifts
- A current drivers licence
- Current mine site inductions and experience looked upon favourably, however is not essential
- A safety first approach and robust attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and ability to problem solve
- Ability to work to company and client site Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
