That’s why it’s so important that the people we select to join our team are genuinely compassionate and caring, and truly want to make a difference. If this sounds like you, read on.
About the role
As the People & Culture Group Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering Monash IVF Group's people strategy across Australia. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a team of People & Culture Business Partners, Advisors and Employee Relations specialists, ensuring the delivery of consistent, practical and high-quality people support across the business. This role combines strategic influence with operational leadership, partnering closely with executives and senior leaders to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership capability, cultural transformation and organisational effectiveness. As a trusted advisor, you will champion a high-performance and values-led culture, and use people insights to support informed decision-making and business growth, helping to create an engaged, inclusive and future-ready workforce.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of People & Culture Business Partners, Advisors and Employee Relations specialists to deliver exceptional people support across the Group.
- Partner with executive and senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical people strategies, workforce plans and organisational initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, grievances, disciplinary processes and enterprise bargaining activities.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, diversity and wellbeing initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support a high-performance, values-led workplace.
