Qualifications & experience
- Real Estate Agent - Full Licence
- Minimum 12 months experience in building and hotel management
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deliver a strong customer service
- Experience using MyBOS, REI Cloud preferable not essential
- High level time management skills
- Sound knowledge of Body Corporate and Caretaking Agreements
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensuring budgeted occupancy levels are achieved or exceeded
- Planning and managing resource levels to adequately deliver high quality customer service and operations
- Overseeing the delivery of the on-site training requirements of new customer service team members
- Actioning of general & scheduled building maintenance tasks
- Obtaining quotations and preparation of reports for Body Corporate Committee and Strata Manager
