ProWay Livestock Equipment is an industry leading Australian manufacturer of livestock handling equipment and infrastructure, working with beef and sheep producers, commercial operations and agricultural organisations across Australia and around the world.

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of the ProWay brand and marketing function, working closely with our sales, design and management teams to turn our projects, products and customer experience into effective marketing that generates continued trust and growth in the livestock sector.

This is a hands on role combining marketing strategy with content creation, digital marketing, customer engagement and campaign delivery.

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ProWay’s marketing strategy and strengthening our position within the livestock and agricultural industries.

You’ll work closely with our sales team and customers, identifying opportunities, developing campaigns and creating content that showcases our products, projects and the producers who use them.

The role combines strategic planning with practical delivery and will suit someone who is equally comfortable developing a marketing plan, visiting working facilities, capturing content and measuring the results of a campaign.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ProWay’s marketing strategy, annual marketing plan and budget.

- Generate and track qualified sales leads through targeted marketing campaigns.

- Work closely with the sales team to identify markets, customer opportunities and campaign priorities.

- Manage ProWay’s website, digital advertising, social media, email marketing and other customer communication channels.

- Develop customer case studies, testimonials and project stories showcasing real outcomes for livestock producers.

- Capture and produce high quality photography and video from projects, products, events and customer properties.

- Develop product launches,



sales collateral, technical information and educational content.

- Manage and continually improve the ProWay brand and its application across the business.

- Measure marketing performance and report on campaign reach, engagement, lead generation and conversion.

- Coordinate external agencies, consultants and suppliers where required.

- Manage and develop internal marketing resources.

- Support marketing initiatives across ProWay’s Australian and international markets.

What We’re Looking For

- An understanding of agriculture, livestock production or rural industries would be highly regarded.

- Demonstrated experience delivering marketing that contributes to measurable commercial outcomes.

- Robust content creation, digital marketing and communication skills.

- Confidence working directly with customers and turning their experiences into compelling marketing content.

- Photography and videography capability, with a strong understanding of visual content production.

- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical and management teams.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field are desirable.

- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to customer properties and industry events.
