Sandstone Lakes Early Learning Centre is home to a dedicated and nurturing team, led by an experienced and supportive Service Manager. We are currently seeking enthusiastic educators to join our vibrant team and support our rooms to ensure children receive consistent, high-quality care and learning experiences every day.
We are looking for nurturing, caring, and passionate educators who are ready to provide enriching, stimulating, and exciting daily experiences for our children.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking educators who bring the following:
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- The ability to foster a love of learning in young children
- Strong collaboration skills to develop and implement meaningful educational programs
- A commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
- Creativity, innovation, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues
- Solid observation and documentation skills
- A commitment to our service’s philosophy, policies, and procedures
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented mindset
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards, ACECQA approved)
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR or willing to obtain
- Experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
- Flexibility to work shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
