Some practices hand you a room and a patient list and leave you to it. We're not that. TopDoctors is a growing, two-site medical, skin and specialist centre on Bribie Island, and we're looking for general practitioners on the PFP and Fellowship Support Program (FSP) pathways who want to become genuinely excellent — not just qualified. Minimum eligibility is general registration with AHPRA. But the real eligibility is harder to put on a form: you have to have it in your nature. We've built a system of excellence here, and the doctors who thrive in it are the ones who were already wired that way — curious, meticulous, hungry to be better at the end of every week than they were at the start. Here's what your days look like. Comprehensive general practice across a loyal, genuinely interesting patient base — the kind of continuity and variety that sharpens you as a clinician rather than just filling your calendar. A real skin-cancer focus, with dermatoscopy, biopsy and excision work and a total-body photography pathway coming online, so you build procedural skill that stays with you for the rest of your career. Cosmetic and injectables opportunities if that's where your interest runs. And you're never out on a limb alone: full-time nursing support, on-site medical assistance, and a visiting specialist roster — cardiology, gastroenterology, urology, geriatrics,



orthopaedics — so you're learning shoulder to shoulder with specialists, not referring into a void.
