We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who enjoys working in a general practice environment and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
About the Role
Working alongside our GPs and practice team, you will provide a broad range of clinical nursing services, including:
- Immunizations clinic
- Chronic disease management and care planning
- Health assessments and preventive health care
- Wound care and dressings
- Health education and lifestyle advice
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Observations and other clinical assessments
- Care coordination and follow-up
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting the practice team in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality patient care
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Has experience in general practice nursing, or is keen to develop their skills in primary care
- Has excellent clinical and communication skills
- Is compassionate, skilled and patient-focused
- Works well independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Has strong organizational and time-management skills
- Is confident with clinical systems and electronic medical records
- Demonstrates a commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
