We are looking for a strong operational leader to take ownership of our Sunshine Coast & Gympie business.
With 200+ Traffic Controllers across the region, you'll lead the operation, develop the Service Delivery Supervisor, manage key customer relationships and drive revenue and business growth across councils, utilities and major projects.
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager or similar leader from civil, construction, logistics, transport, facilities or another service-based industry.
Duties
- Lead and develop the regional team and Service Delivery Supervisor.
- Build strong relationships with major customers and stakeholders.
- Drive revenue, business development and regional growth.
- Manage labour, utilisation and contractor performance.
- Create robust accountability and high performance across the operation.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, performance and profitability.
