Key responsibilities





- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their recruitment needs and further build their teams both locally and nationally.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Identify and engage high-calibre candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Provide consultative insights to clients on talent market trends and hiring best practices.
- Drive new business opportunities through business development activities.
- Keep the candidate pipeline warm and ensure a quality shortlist for each vacancy.

What we’re looking for

- Proven success in recruitment, within the Australian engineering and building markets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
- Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a high level of organisational skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific niches is a plus but not essential.
