Trumps Pty Ltd is seeking reliable and motivated people to join our casual workforce pool across our Packing and Decanting operations at our Rocklea, Archerfield and Acacia Ridge sites.
These are entry-level manufacturing roles with training provided. Previous food manufacturing experience is an advantage but is not essential.
About the roles
Depending on the area you work in, your duties may include:
- Packing food products to specification
- Decanting and handling raw materials and ingredients
- Operating and working around production equipment
- Weighing, checking and labelling products
- Completing quality and production checks
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
- Following food safety, quality and workplace health and safety requirements
- Manual handling, including lifting and moving products
- Working as part of a production team to meet daily production requirements
These are hands-on, physical manufacturing roles involving standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks and manual handling.
What we're looking for

- Can follow instructions and established processes
- Have good attention to detail
- Are comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Can work safely and maintain food hygiene standards
- Are physically capable of performing the inherent requirements of the role
- Work well as part of a team
- Are willing to learn and take direction
- Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Previous manufacturing, food production, packing, warehouse or labour hire experience is advantageous, but not essential.

Shifts
We have opportunities across our production shifts, including:
- Morning: approximately 6:00am – 2:06pm, Monday - Friday
- Afternoon: approximately 2:00pm – 10:06pm, Monday - Friday
