The Role:
We are seeking experienced Hydraulic Technicians to join our Mt Gambier branch team based in Southeast of South Australia to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Australian recognized trade qualification with specific expertise in hydraulic systems
- Solid understanding and awareness of HSE requirements, responsibilities and obligations
- Have site and workshop based hydraulic service experience
- Minimum 3 years of hydraulic service experience required
- Ability to read schematics with a strong product knowledge
- Good customer relationship skills
- Have an established competency in fault finding and diagnostics
- Basic machining capability and cylinder manufacture experience
- Tube and pipe installation experience preferred (not essential)
- Forklift license preferred
- EWP, WAH & Confined space certificates or willing to attain
- D Class electrical license preferred (but not essential)
- An ability to proactively work in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and team working skills
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical
- Current driver's license
