About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator based locally. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a central role in managing pre-construction costs, pricing, and project tenders for bespoke high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and detailed tender packages for luxury single-dwelling homes and multi-residential townhouses.
- Utilize Qbit, Buildertrend, and Databuild to manage pricing structures and supplier databases.
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams to ensure accurate market pricing.
- Collaborate directly with the General Manager to refine estimation processes as the business expands.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record estimating luxury residential homes and townhouses.
- Software Capability: Hands-on experience with Buildertrend, Databuild, or Qbit (or similar estimating platforms).
- Practical Mindset: Strong trade or industry experience is highly valued; formal qualifications are welcomed, but real-world expertise is what counts.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional commercial acumen with a sharp eye for detail in high-spec finishes.
