We are seeking a Systems & Platform Engineer to support the infrastructure and technical platforms that underpin OTS/ODS services.
This position provides support across Windows Server, Ubuntu Linux, SQL Server, MariaDB, Proxmox virtualisation, monitoring systems, backup platforms and tablet management technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical platform issues
- Support Windows and Linux server environments
- Maintain SQL Server and MariaDB platforms
- Support virtualisation environments and infrastructure services
- Assist with monitoring, backup and recovery activities
- Support tablet management and endpoint platforms
- Contribute to service improvements and platform reliability
- Deploy a variety of hardware to customer sites
- Spare parts management
- Device repairs - tablet and phones

- Experience supporting infrastructure platforms
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux
- Understanding of databases and virtualisation technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills
