Building Associate — Site Manager / Supervisor, Remedial

Freyssinet Australia is a specialist civil engineering and remediation company, delivering repair, strengthening and protection works across critical infrastructure nationwide. We're looking for a Building Associate to join our Remedial team as Site Manager / Supervisor, overseeing projects across Australia.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on-site and knows remedial or civil construction inside out. You'll manage day-to-day site operations, lead crews, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to Freyssinet's quality standard, across a national project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise remedial construction sites from mobilisation through to completion

- Lead, coordinate and support site crews, subcontractors and trades

- Ensure works comply with WHS, quality and environmental standards

- Monitor project programs, resourcing and site productivity

- Liaise with clients, engineers and project managers to keep works on track

- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety audits

- Travel to project sites across Australia as required

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor or Building Associate in remedial, civil or structural construction

- Solid understanding of concrete repair, waterproofing,



or structural strengthening methods (highly regarded)

- Relevant WHS certifications (White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, etc.)

- Comfortable with national travel and site-based work

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

- Current driver's licence
