About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring materials are collected, prepared, and delivered safely and on time to support our projects.

You’ll split your time between the road and the warehouse, working closely with our operations team to ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Deliveries & Transport

- Collect materials from suppliers as directed

- Load and deliver materials from our warehouse to job sites

- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, secure, and completed on schedule

- Obtain delivery confirmations (signatures where required)

Warehouse Support

- Assist with receiving and checking incoming deliveries

- Unload, sort, and store stock in designated areas





- Pick and prepare materials for upcoming jobs

- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse

- Assist with disposal and recycling of scrap materials

Vehicle & Safety

- Perform daily vehicle check (on delivery Van) and report any issues

- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of company vehicle (Delivery Van)

- Follow all road and workplace safety requirements

- Ensure loads are secured safely for transport

Communication & Administration

- Liaise with office staff and site supervisors on delivery schedules

- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods promptly

- Complete delivery paperwork and system updates (e.g. simPRO)

- Build positive relationships with suppliers and team members

Skills & Experience

- Valid WA Driver’s Licence (LR required)

- Forklift Licence (essential)

- White Card

- Working at Heights (within 5 years)

- Previous experience in delivery driving, warehousing, or logistics (preferred)

- Ability to handle manual lifting and physical work

- Strong attention to detail and time management

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
