Job Summary:
As a Storeroom Person, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory and keeping the storeroom clean and organised for maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate item counts and inspecting for any damage or defects.
- Organise and label products in the storeroom, creating an efficient and orderly storage layout.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to replenish products on the sales floor according to demand.
- Assist with order fulfillment, preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery with precision.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with team members about inventory-related matters and stock availability.
- Ensure the storeroom is clean, safe, and organized, following health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in inventory management, storeroom operations, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Enthusiasm for toys.
