Raceview Kindergarten and Childcare Centre is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team as a Float Position.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and committed educator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children to learn, grow and thrive.
About the role:
- Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build robust, respectful relationships with children, families and educators
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Work collaboratively to provide high-quality care and education
- Support children’s individual development, interests and needs
- Contribute to programming, observations and documentation
- Follow the EYLF, NQS and centre policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children
