About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Infrastructure Day Cleaner to join our team. Based in Dandenong South, the role will involve travelling between client sites to undertake scheduled general cleaning, respond to reactive and emergency cleaning requirements, and maintain professional communication with clients and site representatives.

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure successful candidates have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties safely and effectively.

Location: Dandenong South

Shift Hours: Full time, with rostered shifts between 6:00am and 11:00pm

Days: Monday – Sunday Based on operational requirements

Key responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning duties across designated client sites and infrastructure facilities.

- Clean and sanitise amenities, kitchens, common areas, floors and high-touch surfaces.

- Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe surfaces and remove waste as required.

- Undertake routine cleaning of internal and external areas.

- Respond promptly to emergency and reactive clean-ups, including spills, unexpected cleaning requirements and urgent client requests.

- Maintain professional communication with clients and site representatives,



responding to requests and providing updates where required.

- Drive between client sites to complete scheduled and reactive cleaning duties.

- Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and machinery safely and correctly.

- Complete required cleaning records, checklists and site documentation.

- Maintain consistent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.

- Work independently and as a part of the infrastructure Teas as required.

About you

- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with clients and site representatives.

- Previous experience in commercial, industrial or infrastructure cleaning is desirable but not essential.

- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.

- Current Working with Children Check where required for the site.

- Current and valid Victorian Driver Licence – essential, as the role requires travel between client sites.

- Availability for an immediate start.
