The Opportunity Looking for your next opportunity where your Revit skills can have a bigger impact?

This is an opportunity to be working across major commercial and development projects in Melbourne.

This role goes well beyond producing drawings. You'll work closely with the design and project delivery teams across Revit modelling, technical design, construction documentation, BIM coordination and quality assurance, while also contributing to the systems and standards that support project delivery.

It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on technically but also wants greater exposure to how projects are actually delivered and built.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and manage Revit models and detailed construction documentation

- Work across projects from design development through to construction

- Coordinate architectural and multidisciplinary consultant information

- Develop and maintain Revit families, templates and documentation standards

- Undertake QA and ensure documentation meets Australian standards and NCC requirements

- Work closely with Design Leads, BIM specialists, Project Managers and construction teams

- Assist with technical design resolution, RFIs and site queries

- Contribute to improving BIM workflows and documentation processes

- Support team members with Revit and technical documentation

What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from technically strong Revit professionals who enjoy documentation, problem solving and seeing projects through to delivery.

You'll ideally have:





- 5+ years' relevant architectural or technical experience

- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills

- Proven construction documentation experience

- Experience with Revit families, templates and BIM workflows

- Valuable understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards and construction systems

- Experience across commercial, residential, industrial or other complex projects

- Confidence coordinating consultants and resolving technical issues

- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to documentation

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
