Think Again was established in 2014 and has grown across Australia, New Zealand and the United States, with clinics in Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Austin, Los Angeles and Orange County.

Now, Melbourne is next.

We specialise in one thing: tattoo removal and we take it seriously.

Our team performs thousands of treatments, works with some of the most advanced laser technology available and has access to what we believe is the most comprehensive tattoo removal training program in the industry.

The opportunity

We are searching for someone who can become a key part of our Melbourne clinic and represent Think Again from the moment we open the doors.

You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience from the first consultation through to treatment and long-term client care.

Your role will include:

- Conducting detailed tattoo removal consultations

- Performing laser tattoo removal treatments following extensive training

- Creating personalised treatment plans

- Educating clients realistically and confidently about their tattoo removal journey

- Building genuine relationships with clients over multiple treatments

- Providing outstanding customer service

- Managing bookings, client communication and clinic administration

- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

- Following strict treatment protocols and safety standards

- Contributing to clinic targets and overall performance

- Helping us build the reputation of Think Again Melbourne from day one

Who we’re looking for

Technical skills can be taught.

Attitude, initiative and the ability to connect with people cannot.

Experience within laser, skin, cosmetic medicine, beauty, dermal therapy, nursing or another client-focused clinical environment would be highly regarded.

Previous tattoo removal experience is not essential.

For the right person, we would rather teach you the Think Again way from the beginning.

Our training

Tattoo removal is not something we expect you to learn from a few online modules.

Successful applicants will undertake extensive practical and theoretical training before treating independently. Paid travel to Sydney for training will be a requirement.

You’ll learn:

- Laser physics and tattoo removal theory

- Tattoo and ink assessment

- Treatment planning

- Consultation and client education

- Skin assessment and safety

- Advanced laser protocols

- Pico and nanosecond technology

- Colour tattoo removal

- Fractional laser techniques

- Clinical photography and documentation

- Client retention and long-term treatment management

Training continues well beyond your initial onboarding.

We are constantly reviewing results, protocols and treatment outcomes across our clinic network.

We train specialists — not button pushers.

At Think Again, our specialists are trained to understand why they are making every clinical decision, not simply follow a predetermined treatment setting or a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Tattoo removal is complex. Different inks, colours, skin types, tattoo densities and treatment responses require judgement, experience and the ability to adapt.

That’s why our training goes far beyond teaching someone how to operate a laser.

We teach our team to assess, think, problem-solve and make confident clinical decisions within our treatment protocols.

As your knowledge and experience grow, so does your autonomy.

You won’t spend your career simply following instructions handed down by someone who has never met the client sitting in front of you.
